Ads: Names
This text field in the upper left of the form allows you to enter your ad's name by either pasting text in or typing text into the form.

Ads: Dates
Each advertisement added to the website must have a date, and so, by default the form automatically enters the current date. This date may be edited manually or by clicking each of the icons to the right of the "Start date" text field. Please note the start date is when the ad will begin appearing on the site.

The stop date is when the ad will stop appearing on the site.

The daily limit is the number of impressions that will be alotted to the ad in one day. Once the limit is reached, the ad will no longer display that day. The total limit is the total number of impressions the ad has been sold for. Once the total limit is reached, that ad will no longer display.

Ads: Images
Images are uploaded by:
  • Image or Flash - the main ad graphic.
  • Alternate image - Apple's mobile devices do not allow Flash. If you uploaded a Flash file for the main graphic, this field allows you to upload a secondary graphic for devices that do not allow Flash.
  • Mobile image - this field allows you to upload a separate graphic for mobnile display. The main image may not by optimal for mobile display so this allows a secondary graphic to be used.

Ads: Anchor position
A dropdown menu is provided that allows you to specify if and where, in a rotating ad type, the ad will display. For example, if your rotating ad type displays three tiles at a time, you are able to anchor the ad(s) specifically in the top position. This means when the ad appears, it will only display in that position. This allows you to sell that position at a premium.

All ads must be placed in an Ad Type in order to display to the public.

If you would like your ad to appear in ALL the ad types then you may use the double arrows to move all the ad type names to the right-hand box.

If you cannont find the ad type into which you wish to assign your ad you can either use the search box under the left-hand assignment box or you can use the pagination arrows to browse through all the ad types listed as in your site in the left-hand assignment box.

If you have inadvertantly assigned an ad to an ad type into which you do not want the ad displayed then you can highlight the name of that ad type and use the back arrow to move the ad type's name to the left-hand box or you can double click the name and it will dynamically move to the left-hand ad type assignment list box.

Ads: Completion Bar
All good things must come to an end...

Once you have finished loading all your content you'll come to the bar of buttons at the bottom of the form. Or rather, the completion buttons are now attached to the browser window and not built into the form itself. This makes it easy at any point in your loading process to upload the ad.

BACK TO TOP: jumps the site administrator back to the top of the ad administration form.

FINISH: this uploads your d into the website.

CANCEL: this will jump the site administrator back to the ad management grid and cancel (and delete) any content that was being entered into the site.
